HOW CAN I ORDER TICKETS?

Tickets should only be purchased from the official Europe's Tribute to Elvis site on the Buy Tickets page. Our ticketing system allows you to select your desired seat and pay online. Please note: the Winter Gardens are not selling tickets for this event, so please do not contact the Winter Gardens regarding tickets.

WILL MY SEAT BE RESERVED FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT?

Yes. Once you've chosen and paid for your seat, it will be assigned to you for the entire event. However, seating plan assignment is NOT guaranteed and on rare occasions we will need to rearrange the tables. In the event that this happens we will not split up your party. Seating at each table is limited to 10 patrons and there will be no exceptions.

CAN I CHANGE MY SEAT?

Yes, but we can't guarantee that alternative seating will be available. If you do decide you'd like to change your reserved seat, please contact Tees Events as soon as possible. Please note: there will be an admin charge of £5 per ticket for seating alterations. Click here for the Interactive Seating Plan.

IS DISABLED SEATING AVAILABLE?

Special seating arrangements can be made if needed and wheelchair accessible seats have been marked in blue on our seating plan. Please contact Tees Events in advance so arrangements can be made.

IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TICKETS, WHO DO I CONTACT?

If after reading through this FAQ and the Ticket Purchase Policy you still have an unanswered question, please contact the Tees Events office using the details on the Contact Us page. Please do not call regarding event schedule information: all details will be updated on this site's Schedule page as well as our official Facebook page as soon as they are confirmed.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR, OR DO I HAVE TO BUY THEM IN ADVANCE?

We cannot guarantee any tickets will be available on the door, so we recommend that you buy in advance. If there are any remaining tickets will be available for purchase from the event box office 2 hours prior to the start of the festival each day.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE SHOWS?

No. Only Three Day All Access are currently on sale. Day tickets may go on sale at a later date, but we will NOT be selling single show tickets.

WHAT DO THE TICKETS INCLUDE?

The Three Day All Access tickets include access to all shows, all contest heats, meet & greets and our after-show parties which are held on all three nights. The single-day tickets, should they go on sale, include access to all of the shows for the chosen day, but do not provide access to the after-show party.

WHEN WILL TICKETS BE DISPATCHED?

Tickets will be posted out from January 2017 at the earliest.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING TICKETS?

Tickets will be sold online until June 2017 or until they are sold out, whichever occurs first.

I HAVE LOST MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don’t worry. Just bring some form of identification along with the email receipt and credit card you paid with to the Festival Desk.

CAN I RE-ENTER THE SHOW IF I LEAVE?

Yes. You'll exchange your ticket for a festival wristband on the day of the event. As long as you have a valid wristband you can come and go as you please.

WHEN DO I GET MY FESTIVAL WRISTBAND?

You will exchange your ticket for a wristband on the day. We recommend arriving at least an hour before the show starts to allow time for this.

I HAVE LOST MY WRISTBAND, WHAT CAN I DO?

Our wristbands must be worn at all times. Unfortunately wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances. It is up to you to look after your wristband as you will not be issued a replacement. Our wristbands are designed to last. Anyone without a wristband is refused admission.

I CAN’T MAKE THE SHOW AT ALL. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets for Europe’s Tribute to Elvis are non-refundable. See our Ticket Purchase Policy for details on this and other restrictions.

I'VE BEEN CHARGED THE WRONG AMOUNT FOR MY TICKETS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your email receipt to make sure you have only purchased the tickets you require and remember there is a postage and handling fee. Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds for tickets purchased in error, but in the rare event that you have been charged incorrectly we will be happy to issue a refund. Please contact the Tees Events office.

DOES THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION?

Tickets are for access to our shows and after show party only.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTED OR FREE TICKETS?

No. There are no concessions or discounts. We have kept our prices low as possible to hold a quality show.

WHAT'S THE POLICY REGARDING FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHS?

Simple cameras for personal use may be brought into the venue. Video recording is strictly prohibited during all shows. Please see our Camera and Video Policy for full details and definitions.

WHAT ARE THE FIRST AID ARRANGEMENTS?

The First Aid room is located on the ground floor within the Empress Ballroom. If First Aid is required, please ask any Tees Events staff for assistance.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Food and beverages may not be brought into the Winter Gardens. Exceptions will be made for guests with medical restrictions/conditions. Guests with small children are permitted to bring baby food and formula. Venue personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone bringing their own food or beverages into the venue.
